Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of Be Bronze 24/7's tanning and red light therapy services, memberships, and facilities. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
 

2. Tan Passes & Tan Plans

2.1 Tan Passes Overview

  • Tan Passes are prepaid tanning sessions available in packs (e.g., 1, 2, 5, 10) and can only be redeemed at the Be Bronze 24/7 location from which they are purchased.

  • Passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Passes are valid for a set period (e.g., 6 months from purchase) and expire if not used within the validity period.

  • Passes cannot be exchanged for cash or any other service.

2.2 Weekly Tan Plan (Membership) Overview

  • The "Weekly Tan Plan" is a subscription-based membership costing $29 per week, providing 1 spray tan session per week at the location from which is was purchased.

  • Membership includes access to a hydration primer spray with each session at no additional cost.

  • Access to the booth is granted via the Be Bronze 24/7 app, offering 24/7 availability.

  • The weekly session does not roll over; unused sessions expire after 7 days.

  • By signing up for a membership, you agree to a minimum commitment of 6 weeks. If you cancel within the 6 week window, the remaining balance is due. 

2.3 Membership Activation

  • Membership begins immediately upon successful payment of the first weekly fee.

  • Payments are automatically charged every 7 days from the initial payment date.

  • Your membership includes a 3-day cooling-off period, during which you may cancel for a full refund. However, if you have used a tanning session within this time, the cooling-off period is no longer valid.

2.4 Membership Cancellation

  • Your membership includes a 3-day cooling-off period, during which you may cancel for a full refund. However, if you have used a tanning session within this time, the cooling-off period is no longer valid.

  • By signing up for a membership, you agree to a minimum commitment of 6 weeks. If you cancel within the 6 week window, the remaining balance is due. 

  • Cancellations must be submitted to hello@bebronze247.com.au.

  • No cancellation fees apply.

2.5 Membership Payments & Fees

  • Payments are processed monthly via the selected payment method. Members are responsible for ensuring payment details are current.

  • Failed payments may lead to membership suspension.

  • Be Bronze 24/7 reserves the right to modify membership fees, with prior notice provided.

2.6 Modifications to Tan Plans

  • Be Bronze 24/7 may modify the terms or fees of the membership plans. Members will be notified in advance and may accept the changes or cancel their membership.

2.7. Casual Tan Pass (Casual Tanning Sessions) Overview

  • Casual sessions are one-time bookings, subject to availability, and do not establish an ongoing contract.

  • Payment is processed at the time of booking. No additional charges apply unless you opt for additional services.

  • By booking, you agree to Be Bronze 24/7's safety protocols and responsible use of the booths.

4. Red Light Therapy Terms

Collagen Red Light Standup sessions are subject to specific health conditions and restrictions. Clients must read and comply with the guidelines before undergoing any session.
By agreeing to a session, you confirm that you do not suffer from any medical conditions listed in the disclaimer (e.g., cardiovascular diseases, metal implants, recent surgeries, pregnancy, etc.).
Be Bronze 24/7 is not liable for any injury, illness, or allergic reactions resulting from a Collagen Red Light Standup session.
The device must only be used by one individual at a time.

5. Gift Vouchers

  • Gift vouchers are valid for 36 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified. After this period, any remaining balance will be forfeited.

  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable. However, if the recipient of the voucher is not able to redeem it for any reason, please contact us to discuss a possible alternative solution.

  • Gift vouchers are non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the recipient. They are not redeemable for cash or exchanged for other goods or services.

  • No change will be given for any purchase made using a gift voucher. Any remaining balance will be stored in the recipient's account for future use, subject to the voucher’s expiry date.

  • Gift vouchers may only be used for services or products offered by the specific Be Bronze 24/7 location of which they were purchased for. They cannot be used to purchase additional gift vouchers or for any third-party services.

  • You may combine a gift voucher with other payment methods, such as credit or debit cards. However, you may not use more than one voucher per transaction unless otherwise stated.

  • Be Bronze 24/7 is not responsible for lost or stolen gift vouchers. If a voucher is lost, we may be able to issue a replacement, provided we can verify the details of the original voucher purchase.

  • Our gift vouchers are subject to Australian Consumer Law. If the voucher is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will offer a remedy in line with the applicable consumer guarantees, such as a replacement or refund.

  • Once redeemed, the services or products received with the gift voucher do not have an expiry date, provided the recipient is within the valid period of the voucher.

  • To redeem a gift voucher, the recipient must enter the unique voucher code at the time of booking or purchase. The voucher must be used in accordance with any specific conditions printed on the voucher.

  • If the full value of the voucher is not used in one transaction, the remaining balance will be credited to the recipient’s account. The balance must be used before the expiry date.

  • Gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, discounts, or loyalty programs unless specifically stated otherwise.

  • Be Bronze 24/7 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the updated terms will apply to all gift vouchers purchased after the change.

  • Be Bronze 24/7 reserves the right to cancel any gift voucher that is deemed to have been fraudulently obtained or used.

  • Gift vouchers are issued electronically and sent via email to either the purchaser or the recipient's email address as .

  • You agree to provide accurate recipient information when purchasing a gift voucher. Be Bronze 24/7 is not liable for incorrect delivery of a voucher due to inaccurate information provided.

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes relating to gift vouchers shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Australian courts.

5. Liability & Assumption of Risk

5.1 Use of Premises & Booths

  • By using Be Bronze 24/7’s facilities and VersaPro tanning booths, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with the services.

  • Be Bronze 24/7 is not responsible for any personal injury, damage, or loss sustained during the use of the premises.

  • Users are responsible for following all safety instructions.

5.2 Waiver, Release & Indemnity

  • In consideration of being permitted to enter and use the Be Bronze 24/7 premises, you agree to release, waive, and discharge Be Bronze 24/7 from all liability, claims, demands, or damages caused by entry or use of the facilities.

  • If a customer, child, or any person you allow unauthorized access causes injury, damage, or death, you will be held fully liable for all damages, repairs, and compensation costs.

5.3 Limits of Liability

  • Where liability cannot be excluded by law, Be Bronze 24/7’s liability is limited to refunding membership fees. Be Bronze 24/7 is not liable for indirect, third-party, or consequential damages under any circumstances.


6. Payments & Subscriptions

Payments for services are processed via the payment method provided at the time of booking or membership activation.
Failed payments will result in the suspension of services until payment is successfully processed.
Be Bronze 24/7 reserves the right to update prices for memberships and services, with notice provided to existing members.


7. Modifications & Changes

Be Bronze 24/7 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, with prior notice provided to users or members.
Continued use of Be Bronze 24/7’s services following changes to the Terms indicates acceptance of those changes.


8. Health & Safety

All users must adhere to the safety protocols and instructions provided by Be Bronze 24/7.
It is the responsibility of the customer to disclose any medical conditions or use of medications that may affect their use of spray tanning or red light therapy services.
Clients are advised to consult with a physician before using our facilities if they have any underlying health conditions.


9. Privacy Policy

Personal information provided to Be Bronze 24/7, including payment and contact details, will be used solely for the purpose of managing bookings, payments, and communication with customers.
Be Bronze 24/7 takes the privacy of its customers seriously and complies with applicable data protection laws.


10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Be Bronze 24/7 operates.
